FAQ
I. PROCUREMENT
All items, unless otherwise stated, are made to order. Please allow at least 4-6 weeks to receive your order. Please note: delivery times may vary according to the season. Please understand we try to get every order out in a timely manner, but due to influx of high shopping traffic, the normal delivery times may be extended especially during the Winter holidays.
II. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email or text from us with updates and tracking information.
Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the size of your order. To determine your shipping costs, add the item(s) to your cart, select your country, then press the "Update Total" button. From there you will be able to see the different shipping options available for your order.
Orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please include all shipping information in English and provide a phone number to abide by current customs regulations.
*Please note: Tracking information for international orders may be limited once the package has left the United States as couriers may vary.
We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages. Please check. your tracking information immediately/prior to delivery to understand the potential delivery day.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to submitting an order.
For U.S. Orders: Please allow 10 days for order processing, creation of items, and verification. And an additional 7-10 business days for dispatch.
For International Orders: Please allow up to 5 - 6 weeks for your order to arrive. Delivery time can vary due to the destination and customs processing.
III. RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Orders are eligible to be returned / exchanged within 14 days of delivery date with prior communication by contacting us at shopsecondtonone@gmail.com. We do not accept returns if there hasn't been any communication attempts, and will reject any returns as such.
Please provide your reason for return/exchange and order information including:
Full Name, Email / Phone Number used for Order, Order Number (i.e. Order #777). Items must be in brand new, unused and sellable condition with original packaging to be accepted for return/exchange.
All sale items, flash sales, discounted and promotional merchandise, and sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE.
Final Sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication. Orders sent back without prior communication will not be processed for return or exchange and will be at the customer's expense.
Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable, along with any fees that may apply. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase when returning your item.
If a product is defective, it may be replaced with a new product (if the item is still in stock and available) at no additional cost to the customer.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once it has been processed.
We do not honor price adjustments or price matching.
IV. DROPS, RESTOCKS AND SOLD OUT ITEMS
Every release/drop is to be considered a limited release. This means we do not plan to restock or reorder these limited releases.
Once the product is listed as "Unavailable" or "Sold Out", inventory is no longer available for purchase on that item.
