FAQ

I. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Typically it takes about 7-10 business days for your order to arrive on your doorstep, but on the rare occasion we will need at least 2-4 weeks for order processing, creation, and transit. We always strive to get you your order as quickly as possible! Please be aware that your order may come in multiple shipments, so please keep an eye on your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers need at least 24-48 hours to update!

All pre-order items will be shipped according to when we expect our deliveries. We will update you as often as possible, but please feel free to reach out to us at info@shopiixx.com with your order number, and we can try and provide you updates!

II. HOW OFTEN WILL YOU BE RELEASING NEW DROPS?

Our goal is to release new drops every month! We are constantly inspired on the daily, and new designs are constantly being created! Each drop will be offered for up to 3 months, and will be discontinued thereafter. We also plan to launch mid-month drops to add to our EXCLUSIVES line that will be limited to only 100 pieces. These exclusives, will never be restocked. 

III. WHAT IS YOUR SUSTAINABILITY MODEL?

Our mission statement is to not only provide high quality essentials, meaningful designs, and great customer service - but also to address responsible practices. Our made to order business model allows us to help reduce waste, and deter improper labor practices. We do not believe in the fast fashion model, and want to produce quality items that will last. We also focus on using recycled shipping and packaging materials. We want everyone to enjoy our products, without the anxiety of adding to the waste problem that has been plaguing the fashion industry.

IV. WHAT IS THE ETHOS OF II.XX SECOND TO NONE?

Second To None Apparel Co. was built on producing high quality essentials paired with mindset mentality. Our goal is to spread awareness, and build a community safe from stigmas. All of our designs are concocted from our own challenges, and inspirations. We truly hope that our apparel resonates with you as it does with us!
