Why did you choose the name II.XX Second To None Apparel Co.?

The term Second To None has always resonated with me in many ways. To be Second To None is to never allow outside factors be above you. To be the best you can be. Always putting yourself first.

Some of these descriptions can sound egotistical, and shallow. Not in the way I view it though. Often times; we forget to put ourselves first, and I'm sure most of us never prioritize our mental health. We'd much rather focus on our physical appearance than our mental well-being. And yet, more and more individuals are beginning to realize that mental strength is actually much more important in leading a healthy lifestyle. To be mentally strong is to take on challenges with a clearer approach, allowing you to get back to focusing on the root of the problem.

So when I decided I was going to bridge the gap between mental wellness and premium garments, the term Second To None is an identity that just stuck. Not sacrificing in both the mindset, as well as not offering cheaply made garments that will only last a few washes.

Some people may think my collections are too expensive, but what they don't realize is how much I've researched, invested, and sampled to find what I feel are premium quality textiles that I think people will respect and enjoy.

What about the II.XX? What is the significance?

II.XX in Roman numerals is "two twenty". Two twenty in Western Arabic numerals is 220. "2.2.0" translates to Second Two None.
